• Provide you a different level or quality of services
• Suggest that you will receive a different price or quality of services for exercising your rights

Verification Process

To protect your personal information, we are required to verify your identity before processing your request. We will ask you to provide information sufficient to confirm your identity and your relationship with SDT. We will not use the information you provide for verification for any purpose other than processing your request.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require written proof of the agent’s authorization and may still verify your identity directly.

Response Timeline

We will acknowledge receipt of your request within 10 business days and respond substantively within 45 calendar days. If we require additional time (up to 90 days total), we will notify you in writing of the extension and the reason for it.

8. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Notice and our Privacy Policy, to provide our services, and to comply with our legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we securely delete or de-identify it.

We may update this CCPA Notice from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this Notice periodically.
