SDT’s Keyword Test Automation framework is protected by a U.S. patent. Nothing on this Site constitutes a license or grant of rights to use, reproduce, or commercialize SDT’s patented methodology or proprietary IP Library without a separate written agreement.

Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Site solely for your personal or internal business evaluation purposes. This license does not permit you to download, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without SDT’s prior written consent.


5. Submitted Information

When you submit information through our contact forms, meeting booking tools, or inquiry channels, you represent that:

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and CCPA Notice, constitute the entire agreement between you and SDT regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
